    Hi

I have an inbuilt microwave that was fitted with the kitchen 12 years ago. It needs to be replaced (or repaired if possible), but I have no idea how to get it out. There is no label for make or model to find a manual.

Any help with how to remove the microwave would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me.

No screwhole. The whole trim is one piece. I can’t see any screws or clips inside the trim. Nothing that would release the trim.

there only a couple of ways they fit

have you tried giving the trim a hard tug as a lot of them clip on. try in a corner as if its cliped there will be 4 of them

also had one once where you had to lift the microwave and push it back an inch to get at the screws

    Thanks Dave

The microwave is solid, I tried pushing it and it didn’t move at all.

I’ve gently tugged the corners. I don’t want to damage the cupboard and there isn’t much clearance. I’ll give it a firmer go tomorrow.

    Thanks

Thanks for your help. I pulled the metal off the front which revealed the four clips and gave me something to hold onto to pull off the front.
Then I just had to unscrew four screws holding the microwave in place.
    All done.
    Thanks
