ParticipantHi,
I have read some great replies on this site, so hope someone maybe able to help me also!I have an integrated APM 6823 installed by MFI and like others on this site, I have had problems with it (death last week). It is an integrated unit, which I would like to replace with another make/model – for instance I have seen CDA put forward as a good honest system.
I have the unit measurements, and also the measurements for fittings (wooden surround etc) but would like to disrupt my kitchen to the least possible extent. Can anyone suggest a new unit that would be able to fit in the existing “slot” left by the diplomat MFI unit?
As an aside – the engineer stipulated that the central control unit needs replacing. This may of course be the simplest recourse. Can anyone give me a link to the manufacture of these, as my google searches have not come up trumps on this occassion.
Thanks in advance!
Stephen

The control module is £87.73 inc VAT and carriage which may be an option.
An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if required 🙂

StephenHi Stephen
If you can post up the internal measurements of the housing, I will have a look and see what I can come up with for you as a replacement.

Hi,
thanks to both of you for your kind replies. I have ordered the central control unit as per Dave’s advice. If this isn’t successful then I shall post out the actual dimensions of the unit as suggested. Thanks again!
Stephen
