How to reset an Indesit WIA101.

Someone asked me this today and I just couldn’t remember how to do it. :bang:
Indesit WIA101 auto washer.
Set the program; program starts. I then want to stop the cycle, reset the PCB and then set to spin. The only controls are the selector knob and the on / off switch. How do you reset the program??

Take out the module. Place in microwave for 15 mins on full power…..
Oh no, sorry, that’s the 103.
Er don’t you just set selector to a stop position, wait a few seconds, or 30 if you want to make sure, then re-programme and press start again?

No black dots or stop positions on this machine unfortunately, Mike; there is a program at every selector position, hence the confusion. Tried the switch off and wait method, but when the machine was switched back on, it just resumed the program where it left off.

Press and hold start button. If it don’t reset, board’s goosed. Tony says so…….
