how to use a tricity sovereign controller

Hi,

I have got a tricity sovereign 4638 oven and am trying to find out how to use the controller on it to operate the ovens..

i have got the time set now thanks to finding out how on this very usefull site, and through trial and error i think i have worked out how to set the temp and timer to operate the ovens, but and i know this sounds silly but how do you turn the oven off if you don’t set a timer?

can anyone explain the basic fuctions and programming of this unit please?

I think you’re 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} there, to switch the oven off, hold the relevent button down and turn the adjusting knob back to zero. You may find it will continue to run for a few seconds afterwards 😉
