howdens hja 8703 washer/dryer

i think this machine is candy/hoover made, it apparently started making a noise and smoking, upon investigation the inner drum has been catching on the door gasket,im going back to uplift the machine to bring into the workshop for futher investigations the bearings seem fine and theres no play on the drum, has anyone else had a problem like this?

Cheers gonna strip it out to check that, going to pick it up later, it’s in the smallest kitchen in the world on the 3rd floor with no lift 🙁 oh the joys

I would give them a price first before going to that effort.
It will def be the spider.
