howdens hja1623 touch control hob cutting out.

as the title says this hob responds to all controls perfectly however after about 10 minutes the whole thing shuts down and stays off for a while . i dismantled it looking for a self setting toc but could not find one any where obvious.
two questions.
1. is there a toc that i’ve missed and where is it?
2. if the fault is on the control board do you have any info on which component is shutting it down.

well im reviving this thread cos im bored and have just dug this hob out of the shed. im looking for some pointers if any since i first posted this.
however with the experience of smeg dishwasher modules im going to swap out the square grey capacitor and see what happens.
