its all about the chipboard, Howdens is less dense than any one elses, its lighter and not as strong, their laminate worktops are also less dense than others, so again not so strong and also have a tendancy to delaminate as do their doors, its a case of you get what you pay for.

Sigma 3 kitchens next to the Royal Mint in Lantrinsant, Cardiff, also Crown Kitchens at Daventry. Internals tend to be Blum (German) and even have minimum 10 year carcase warranty.

Is that qualified enough for you?

I am in no rush to sort things, 4 to 6 weeks is not a long time to wait for quality, especially if it comes in at around the same price as well. 😉

Yep, 4 – 6 weeks as the kitchen is built to order, and thats all the carcase parts, not picked off a shelf, all cut and edged in the factory for each customer, and 20 odd different carcase colours!
