Howdens (Lamona) built in fridge – model number

I have a Howdens (Lamona)built in fridge which requires a new fan motor. However there is no make or model information or serial numbers anywhere to be seen on the appliance. Can anyone tell me where to find the model number etc so I can order the right part?

If it is just a fridge then it is by the veg boxes. ( Pull the veg boxes out to look. )

If it is a fridge freezer it should be on a label inside the fridge or by the veg boxes or in the freezer behind the bottom drawer.
