    Hi, I’ve been approached by an online property rental agent called Howsy to carry out a repair.
    Has anyone had any experience of them?.

    Hi Merv,

    I explain to them that as they are unknown work providers who you have no history with so I will need the call out/ labour paid in advance.

    If they are a reputable organisation they should not have a problem with this.

    If they don’t agree to this I’m happy to lose the job, not worth the stress of money chasing.
