    2 machines, sold both in same summer 2 years ago, ones had defrost mod kits, door realignements etc, the other has had nothing, anyone got any serious info, am wondering if they have an electronic temp senser buried too deep, or dicky pcb???

    anyone with any ffa52 experience and conclusive success sorting these out as hp dont seem to have managed it (although it was a diff engineer each time)

    both custs reckon machine never worked right from the off, both say ice cream wont stay frozen in top drawer / lollys melt in top flap shelf, cream goes off in fridge top shelf before useby date etc…
