Have you checked the wiring loom to the blower motor and from right side of machine to heater box?

Have you changed the normal operating stat?

What motor is on it, if it is anFHP motor check the wiring tied to the back of motor, you will probably find orange wire chaffing which causes one shot to blow.

    Well done that man. 😀

Had a call about four months ago to one of these, complaint of circuit breaker tripping. Went through it with a fine toothed comb, ( or so I thought 😳 ) couldn’t find a thing. Just been back this afternoon, it has just started doing it again. Once again went through all the usual suspects, nothing. Then I remembered this post and sure enough the blue wire to the dryer side had chafed through against the motor plug mounting bracket, close to the small cable tie, barely visible and the first time I have seen one go through at this spot. 8)

    Thanks johnnyj.

    Jim.
