Hpt BWD129 fault code? 2&4 in r/h row flash + d/locked rapid

From reading the error codes thread, I thought it was the left hand row that’s meant to flash?
Did bearings on this a couple of weeks ago and customer says it washed fine for “a couple of” washes (in two weeks with young family, oh yeah?) but now it gets so far into the cycle (not sure how far as story isn’t clear) and then stops with those lights flashing. I got her to look in the filter but she says that made no difference. We’ve got absolutely no limescale in these parts so if it is f05 (stuck p/sw) then I’d be surprised. Pig of a job to get in and out and a long ride away so will need to get as much info as poss. before going.

Lucky. Didn’t need to get it out as it was just not draining due to a blockage at the hose to sink spigot connection.
