I don’t repair fridges. One of my regulars has this appliance. Mod FUF1810 s/n 211154303. Ind code 34813800101.
Fridge is not getting cold. No fault lights flashing, cant hear fan running. small amount of ice forming on rear wall in freezer. Are these totally pcb controlled? or do they have mechanical defrost timer? It’s only a couple of years old, he’s not too keen on calling Hotpoint, said if I could get some tech info I might at least be able to give him an idea. Thanks if anyone is familiar with this appliance.
