Went to this one yesterday but thought I’d ask on here. (Only problem being self-employed for 30 years is you don’t get new product training, you have to wing it and play it by ear!)
Dryer works but not much heat. Did all the preliminaries, wet and dry filters, blockages, good airflow etc. No difference on auto dry or timed. Maybe run stat cutting prematurely but on checking there are now 3 in line rather than the usual run and one shot; so,
What does the 3rd one do?
Do ALL have to be changed if either is faulty?
Is it likely to be the stats anyway?
    Heater appears o.k. and intact.

    Any pointers would be appreciated.
    Ta.

The middle one of the 3 stats is an NTC (Pt No C00143511) which could be to blame. Also there’s another NTC (Pt No C00142702) in the top of the front air ducting that measures the exhaust output.

(The middle one of the 3 stats is an NTC (Pt No C00143511)) quote
This was actually the right-hand-side not the middle but the same component. I’ll order one but the exhaust stat is special order from Qualtex.
