HPT W/D BHWD129 Had Module Fixed But…See Image

Hi,

Initial complaint not emptying. No blockages etc so sent board away for repair.

Refitted and tried but but would not do anything when tested on spin. Only tried spin during this 2nd call.

Chatted with EMW who advised to filll drum with couple litres of water, possibly pressure switch not reset.

Tried this but will only empty for 5 secs then stop. If I turn off the machine then on again, it does nothing – correct lights etc showing ok. But if I turn it off at the wall and wait a minute then switch on it pumps for 5 secs and stops – this happens every time. The same will happen if I select a wash program ie the valve will operate for 5 secs and stop.

Help!

Any input would be appreciated thanks.

Check for broken wires on the dryer ntc on the heater box.

Faulty module had loads from new that’s why I don’t use them anymore

Dryer ntc gives some very weird faults on these

yep, drier ntc does exactly this. Been caught out in the past.
