HPT WD440 W/Dryer

Just sold one of these w/dryers, customer complaint does not go from wash to dry.
(She said she has read the manual)

When she stops it and takes items out then selects dry only the dry light comes on but it seems to simulate a short wash programe (with no water) then spins the items again and after that then it will go into dry mode ok.

Is this normal?

Have you run through the operation with her on site?

If not, why don’t you download a copy of the User Instruction Booklet from the following link. Then talk her through the correct procedure? 😉

It was a rented property and customer was not there at time just the landlord, who gone back to London. I have now talked her throu it, she had not read the instructions properly :rolls:

All ok now.

I repaired the dryer fan on one of these, when I started the machine on dry to test ,it did as yours does, I think you will find it normal, can,t figure out why, put it down to these modern digital things.
