Got call this morning, customer says machine trips electric at the end of the final spin, not always seems to be intermitant.

Is this the wiring loom rubbing some where?

    Any help thanks.

I would say so. check loom on right side as it comes across to motor. and also check loom where it secures to motor itself. had a few yellow tacho wires rub through on motor.(old style motor)

The loom also rubs through on the FHP motors, there is a lip on the plate on the motor that the harness is clipped onto on the left hand side looking from the front. I always bend this back with my pliers on any call to a WD with an FHP motor. This particular area can also lead to constant dryer TOC failure as well.

Just to clear my points up….loom on both motor types. yellow tacho wires on old type motors.
