    Just had a customer ring up regarding a Hotpoint WF 865, 860 or 840. Obviously reading from the instruction book. Machine dead all but fault code F1. Looked on the site for any clues to the code but can’t see one.
    Any clues out there?

    Motor triac. Can be board, wiring, motor.

    Its all in the known error codes thread, posts on pages 3 & 4.

    Or you could buy the book. 😉
