Hpt’ WF101 flashing like crazy

Led’s from top to bottom on left 1 2 3 4 flashing along with 5th across (final spin) & On/Off led flashing rapidly when power switched on at wall. Any ideas, i’ve looked at fault code section on here but none the wiser.

Power supply on the PCB – EMW for a replacement. Make sure you have the correct type when ordering though; there is either ICT FT (Mk4) or ICT FCT (Mk8) fitted to this range. The ICT letters are found at the end of the PCB printed in little boxes.
