Hpt wf860 does wash and pumps out ok then coming up with error code fault at start of rinse cycle fo3 (thermistor fault) customer also said kept on filling with water on rinse the only way he could stop it was to turn off at mains. Checked it out, thermistor seems ok heated up on 40 deg and cut off ok, could not fault the overfilling.
any suggestions on this model and is there a test programe for it.

Steven,
have you checked pressure hose for rubbing on tub? Also check discharge hose is high enough to stop syphoning.
