Both high and low drying cycles seem to be to hot.
Customer complains of hot steaming clothes when complete cycle finishes. One stat is 185c the other has red spot. They were both replaced approx 15 mths ago.
Heaters are switching off about 12 mins before the end of cycle.
    Water is entering the condenser.

    Can any one help ❓

    Thanks

Sounds like an inlet valve problem. An intermittent condenser valve solenoid failure would cause this. Might be worth trying a known good solenoid on the condenser inlet valve for a couple of washes. You will need to change the complete three way valve to effect a proper repair as the normal fill valve solenoids do not like being energised for hours.

I have seen these valves fail after watching them for half an hour.

I take it you have checked the condenser itself for blockages?

    Jim.

Have you checked the filter, a part blocked filter will give you an increased amount of water in the tub.
