problem is machine fills, washers so far though progamme then stops and start light flashes .it will drain and spin ok
heater tests ok but customer not sure if it is heating
any ideas

Check the connection to the cold valve?

Usually these machines fill with hot to the first level whilst tumbling, then switch to cold to complete the fill process. If the cold valve is open circuit (very common) then the machine goes into default and (you guessed it) the Start light flashes 😯

customer had said it was draining ok but it was draining very slowly coin in hose
