My Hygena dishwasher is getting half way through a cycle and getting stuck, also the water is not heating up, I would imagine that this is the heater element, but looking round tinternet I cant seem to find anywhere that supplies elements for this particular model. Looking round this site i believe that MFI get other manufacturers to make their Hygena products so can anybody tell me where I can get one from if that is indeed the problem

    Thanks in advance 🙂

This one is made by Haier (a forum search for Haier should prove useful ;))

It’s more likely the safety thermostat has “tripped” normally caused by using 3/4 in 1 tablets.

Power off if going further pleas :zap: but I would recommend an engineer to be honest as these aren’t the easiest appliances to work on, Repairs@ should be able to provide one 🙂

    Thanks for your help.

Do you know where the safety thermostat is, my girlfriends dad is a plumber/electrician for the NHS and I’m sure he’ll be able to fix it, but if I can give him as much help as possible then it will be much easier. Thanks.

PS A search of Haier didnt really help as I dont know which Haier is equivalent to this model.

Any of them will do, they’re all the same pretty much, narrow it down to just the dishwashers using the dropdown 🙂
