Hygena AHY0532 cooling fan problem

got a hygena ahy0532 gas double oven with a cooling fan that runs on and on and on ….. 😉 , just wondering if anyone can tell me whether it will be a stat or controller problem, or maybe even something different. 😕 If i switch off and back on at the mains it resets the fan. Oven seems to work ok, low flame, high flame & thermostatic control. Thanks 🙂

I am a corgi registered engineer ( with cooker reg.):lol: ….. why would you just make the assumption i’m not !!! .. was just hoping for a little help, don’t really repair cookers, i leave it to those who know about them. just trying to help a friends dad 🙂
After all the title of this forum is ‘Cooking appliances help & support’!

Hi Rabb,

Best bet is to request access to the related trades area, that way we can help you in a better environment. But, as a CORGI RGI, you will appreciate that offering advice on how to strip a gas appliance regardless of what it is within an open public forum could be potentially lethal.

All we need is a scan of your CORGI card emailed in.

Thanks, yeah i’ll do that later tonight. now i’ve found this site i’m sure it will be most useful 😀 and maybe i can offer a little input occasionally 😛
