Thought it might be of interest…
I currently use Connect for spares and I have noticed that they don’t appear to stock any spares for diplomat or hygena products. I was frustrated at not being able to get spares.
As we all know that MFI went bust but someone must have got host of spares somewhere. Anyway, I stumbled across a website

They sell quite a range of cosmetic parts and many more for hygena and diplomat.
Bit pricey but if the customer wants it badly, they will pay the price. I have made quite a few customers happy as most assumed that they cannot get spares and even they even tried to get engineers out to fix it they wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole.
My motto is that if it is fixable and if clients are willing to pay the price then why not give it a go.
