Hygena APL 8222 Microfilter

The mesh on the microfilter has been damaged and it appears that replacements are obsolete (though still waiting on 2 email responses), so I would like repair it. Where would I get the mesh and what glue is water resistant at very high temperatures?

Thank you, that is one of the email responses I’m waiting on. I didn’t expect to get a response until Monday though as it was only sent today.

I’ve now taken the filter apart and all I need is actually the mesh. It’s not glued, simply folded into place. There is a small plastic nozzle-like piece which I think is clipped together, on either side of the mesh but have not pulled that bit apart yet.

I’ve now repaired the microfilter. I cut down a cafetiere filter which works brilliantly!!
