    The light and fan on our Hygena APL2124 Hood hve stopped working. Any ideas where I might find a replacement / parts?

    Probably a PCB/switch assy failure, fairly common and, from memory, a replacement is >£20.

    If you mail Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he’ll be able to give you an exact price tomorrow.

    If nothing is working, check your fuse, there will be a plug and socket hidden somewhere. Often the bulbs blow and take the fuse with it.
