Hygena APL8224/3 not empyting

I have a Hygena APL8224/3 which, after, heavy use at the weekend has stopped empyting properly.

I’ve cleaned the filter at the bottom and run through with dishwasher cleaner a couple of times but it’s no better.

Grateful for any ideas on how to fix.

Check the drain where the waste hose connects first of all, they block there quite often.

Apart from that, it’s engineer time to be honest, possibly the pump has failed or a blockage internally somewhere. Try Repairs@ for one 🙂

My dishwasher blocks occasionally. I’ve had a lot of success clearing it with a normal plunger – might work for you as well.
