    This concerns our HYGENA APP2440 cooker hood. The hob lights still work but not the fan, which suggests to me a motor or switch fault.
    The red indicator light does not come on when we try to switch on the fan. Is this likely to mean that the switch is faulty?
    It seems to be possible to get parts, but how difficult is the fitting (my soldering is rather rudimentary).
    Any advice gratefully received.
