Just registered tonight on Whitegoods because I am trying to get info on how to remove the double bulb holder on above appliance. I want to investgate why rh bulb holder is NOK but lh is OK. Is public free advice available on this forum or do I have to arrange for contact with a service engineer through “Repairs@” ?

Hi Tom,
The most common fault is that the lamps get over-tightened and that bends the contacts in at the bottom. Sometimes you can fix them and sometimes you just give up and replace them. Power off before looking please.
And yes, the advice we give is free we will advise a repair where we think it appropriate, usually meaning it’s not a simple DIY job.
