    Hello guys and girls.

    Hygena Cooker Hood
    Model : ADP2440
    S/N : 2405030783

    Is replacing the motor in these a tricky job? Up until now i have only ever needed to carry out repairs on the control board and the lamp holders. Only this time we have 240V going to the motor, which refuses to play ball 🙁

    Rather depends on whether the motor mounting bolts are accessable from inside or if they are in the chimney. If the latter then you have the chimney to take off (if you’re lucky) or the whole unit down from the wall
