Hygena Select Intergrated Dishwasher Not Filling

Hello, Can anyone tell me why my dishwasher has stopped fillling? It makes all the normal sounds as though the water is entering, but when you open it there is no water in it. All that happens is that the element gets hot and that is it. When I put the water in manually, i.e when I use a glass and just pour it in, put it on the rinse cycle it goes through the normal process. That is to rinse and then empty the water then dry. This leads me to think that there is just a filling problem. Can anyone help?

Hi,

It’s got a filler matrix system on it that one so it could be a number of things, but I would be llooking towards the fill matrix and level switch as well as the inlet valve for signs of failure.

In all honesty though I suspect that you may need an engineer to have a look as these are not the easiest to work on. 😕
