    What email addresses did you try as there are two accounts awaiting validation, on is gary39 using a Force 9 mail address and andyb, a btconnect one. Both show fine here and I can validate the account for you should you wish me to do so?

    Okay, that’s the account validated for you, I cannot see the password so you’ll have to login using the username (gary38, sorry I thought it was 39 :oops:) and the password as you typed it.

    You shoudl then be able to login fine, I hope and use the forums as usual.

    Hi

    I have the same problem – I cannot see the forums when logged in as me (Igloo_Vindaloo) – so I’m posting this as a guest with a similar name.

    It worked fine until I changed the email address registered to my account. (I usually have to use a dumb email account to register for these forums, as the confirmation emails usually get filtered as spam before I receive them.)

    Weird Tim, we’ve had no issues for months and nothing’s been changed that could affect this.

    What I have seen is Norton blocking parts of the site 🙄 and of course the old ISP issue that first occurred with AOL but seems to affect some others as well. Yet you have managed to post from the same IP in the past, I looked it up.

    Have you installed anything that could have affected the internet at all on your PC?

    Hi K,

    I get the same problem when I try to access it from work with a completely different setup – OS, browser, ISP, keyboard, mouse, etc!

    So I don’t think it’s anything I installed on either PC. And it certainly used to work. Just wandering if anyone else had this problem?

    The only thing I can think on then is the browser settings, I know some people had to change UKW to a “Trusted Site” with IE, whilst other browsers appear to work fine.

    Can’t really help a lot more as the only real issue we’ve had was with AOL when they made some changes.

    Tim I have reset your password (please PM or email me for the new one) and I can log in using your username and the new passsword I just set for you.

    Try that and see how you get on.
