i can only see the forums when i am not logged on?
if i log in i get only the information block at the top but no forum list.
so i can only use the boards as a guest.

Gary,

It’s a known issue with some ISP’s. I think its the same as the AOL issue where you have to set UKW as a trusted site in your browser and that should cure it.

Don’t ask us why or how this happened, it just happened one day. 🙁

It may be due to your ISP, some have security stuff built in and will block sites unless you specify that they are safe.

I am at the moment having a HUGE battle with BT over thier spam policy, but I’l leave that for another day 😉

From the home page, click on “my account” fill in all the right stuff etc and see what happens 😀

If you didn’t get an email and click on the validation link then the account will not be registered. Are you sure you entered your email address correctly as we get a fair few returned due to typo’s. 😕

No, once it times out (24 hours) it’s gone for good I’m afraid. Try re-joining and if you have any hassles let me know.

tried to register again.
it will not let me as says email address is already in use!

2 hours later. no email. how long should it take?

The emails are near instanteanous, we tested it just the other day and it was fine. Topic replies using the same server are fine and there has been no failed delivery reports today thus far.

There has also been several new accounts created today so it can’t be a problem with the site.
