ParticipantFar too rigid for real life scenarios and I for one am expletive off with them. I spend a rediculous amount of time trying to get THEIR mistakes sorted out

I never have a problem. A ‘phone call or email and it’s picked up within a day or two. I just don’t like some of their prices.

Also their restocking charge has recently gone up from 30{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} to 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}………. 😯

Have had no problems as yet with the returns system which seems a big improvement of the manual one before which seemed to be forever problematic.

I never had any problems with Connect esp with the return system. Their prices can be very high compared with Masterpart.
The return system to Masterpart seems to work out more costly as I have to post it back via courier, I have to stay at home to wait for the driver to collect the parcel (meaning I have to reschedule my repair jobs), I could lose a day’s wage then the parcel arrives at masterpart and be charged restocking fee. Hardly worth the trouble.
I found that if you have a quick phone call to your sales rep and mention that Masterpart sells such n such at this price inc postage, you will find that they will match it and not only you can collect it within an hour if you are in the area!
Mind you Masterpart will do the same to price match Connect. I remember quoting a price for wash motor for Candy dishwasher from Connect who gave me a price which I thought it was pricey then I phoned Masterpart who is even pricer, I challenged them, Masterpart agreed to price match along with free delivery.

I requested a returns number for a faulty vacuum motor that came about a month ago. I’ve tried the online method, the phone call and also the email but no returns number so far. They sent a replacement motor and I am withholding payment for that at the moment. 😡
