I think I need a replacement element for SMEG oven

Hello All,

My SMEG oven (mod: SC336WH) has a working fan but the oven only heats up with the grill on. I assume the element needs replacing. And that it’s a relatively simple job.

Does that sound about right?

Any advice on where to get the correct replacement part?

Hi

If the fan is running then sounds about right. The only way to be sure is to remove the element having first turned off the power :zap: and have it tested.
