further to original query disappointed no replies. However ice in drain channel still there and building but temperature only 10deg. One Engineer I tried said insulation had failed and cannot be repaired is this true? or likely to be correct.

    hi

i take it that you have a ice ball forming on the right hand side of your fridge and the temprature is not dropping correctly.

if this is correct then yes the insulation has failed near the suction line within the appliances insulation.

the appliance therefore cannot be repaired normally.

Has it done this from new as it has been known for refrigerant pipework to have been manufactured too low causing water in drip tray to freeze.
if that is the case then no repair is available 🙁
