    Samsung Model RL38SBSW. Water appears to be running from behind the back panel and forming a block of ice on the floor of the freezer, making it very difficult getting the bottom tray in/out.

    The drain hole for the defrost water is blocked.

    Thanks for your replyTony, do I have to remove the plastic back panel in the freezer or can I access from the rear of the appliance to clear the blockage ?
