Ice in back of fridge

    Hi,

    I have a Whirlpool Dual no frost fridge-freezer and for quite a while now, I’ve had ice forming at the back of the fridge. I’ve tried putting wire down the hole at the back of the fridge incase that was blocked but I can’t feel anything. Any ideas?

    ahem, is it a lot of ice, or just a slight, overall covering?
