Hello all,
Im hopeing you may be able to help identify my problem, well my fridge freezers anyway……
Its been switched off for some time now, maybe 3 months or so. brought back into the house and allowed to settle for a good few hours, plugged in and all was well. freezer froze and the fridge got cold, compressor knocked off and fridge warmed up to 15 degree but the compressor never started again. I gave it a bang on the side and it fired into life, but then the compressor stopped at temp and didnt come back on again, the circle was repeated for a day, hopeing some miracle would cure the problem but now its stopped all together.
fridge thermostat seems to be working.
freezer thermostat clicks now and again so i’m assuming thats working.
Any Ideas? guess its the compressor, is there anything i can do to check?Ben.
