Iceline deluxe u771

Please can somone help. I have an Iceline deluxe u771 and there seems to be a massive build up of ice in the top half of the freezer hence the bottom couple of drawers are melting as the door doesnt close properly. Any ideas?

I have been looking for manufactuers website and a manual yet can find no record of “Iceline”, where can I get a manual? has the company gone bust?

It could be door seal, could be insulation, could be gas leak could be poor pumping compressor.

How old is it?
