Hi,
my newish IDC75 is making a chugging noise from the grey panel at the back behind the condenser where the small black and opaque pipes come from.
Trouble is I cant see how it comes apart. Can someone direct me please. There is two grey plastic parts above and below which appear to push fit into the metal but I cannot see how to release them.
I assume there is a water pump in this section which is making the chugging noise?
Otherwise the machine is working fine.

The top of the pump housing is supposed to prise off and hinge backwards. it can be done with care but often as not the plastic lugs break off. You need to prise it back and try and move the two locking tabs to the side at the same time, then with your third hand……. :rolls:
Then you have to try and split the assembly to get at the pump and float chamber.
The pumps can get noisy, a bit soon for that to be happening but the quality from Indesit has gone off a cliff in the past few years. 😥
