ParticipantHi all
I am feeling particularly dim after a two hour internet search. I am trying to identify a spare part required for my washing machine, but can I find a generic diagram to let me know the name of the part! Of course not! Wonder if anyone can help with either telling me where I can find such a diagram, or by identifying the part I require from the following gibberish!
I have an indesit W12UK front loader. In the drum there are three plastic ‘fins’ for want of a better word, which propel the clothes when in use. These ‘fins’ are attached to the metal drum by integrated plastic ‘hinges’. The hinges of one of the ‘fins’ have snapped off, and the ‘fin’ has become detached from the drum. I cant use my machine because there is now a gaping hole where my plastic bit should be! Cant use, or my smalls would disappear into the void. My washing machine could potentially be renamed a shredder at the moment 🙂Any offers of what this ‘fin’ is called? or where I can find a diagram which may help me in identifying this part?
Many thanks

KeymasterDrum paddles sounds like what you’re after and Dave should be able to identify them properly in a bit when he gets back. 😉

Drum paddles or lifters they are but could you check the model number please, W12UK doesn’t exist, there is a W123UK or a WD12UK 🙂
Thanks.
Dave.

Hi Dave
Sorry, got the model number wrong, its a WE16UK
I think I’ve been able to source elsewhere, but your site helped me in identifying the name of the part
Many thanks

Dave,
Any idea whether this part number is the correct one for an Ariston AWD12 (aka Margherita 2000)? If not, do you have a part number/price?Thanks in advance
