ParticipantI have a IDL 500 UK2 dishwasher that is displaying the first and second lights, now I think it means the water pump is flooded but I’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. Can anyone help, as at present search and the manual are giving be blank leads.
Thanks.
Dan.

No drain detected in the time allowed. Does the machine drain?

Yep your correct the machine has not drained.
Should I take the water out myself and try again or could it be a blockage somewhere.Thanks.

Thanks, based on the fact that it would not drain I pulled all the pipe out and found the u-bend on the drain was lime-scale city. So pulled it all off and cleaned it all out, thanks for your help.

Good point, I will have to take the back off and have a look. Can anyone direct me to some manuals maybe for this model?

Specific manuals are not generally available.
Remove the mains plug, place some towels on the floor and tip the machine onto its left hand side looking from the front.
Remove the base plate, making note of the position of the wiring plugged onto the float switch.
Follow the grey plastic pipe into the machine and you will find the drain pump. Protect the wiring below it as you remove the hose and pump.
