Ignis ADL 347/1 F6 Fault

Hi all,

I went out to an Ignis d/w ADL 347/1 last week. The fault reported was that the machine would fill will water but not spray. Motor was my first thought.
When I got there and tested it, it started fine and drained, then filled but the motor didnt start. The machine did not generate a fault code but would just sit there silently.
Probably not a motor because you can usually here a faint buzzing. Nevertheless I plugged a motor in and still got no action.
From there on my only thought was the main PCB was faulty.
Ordered one and went back a couple of days later, fit the panel and the same thing happened but this time it generated a fault code f6.
I changed the flow meter (side matrix), still the same. I have checked the wiring from the flow meter to the pcb. Have checked the door wiring. Checked that the OWI is clicking. Rechecked the motor, but the machine is still generating the same code.
I have to say the customer did tell me after all this that the machine has not been used for over a year since renovating their house.

If anybody can come up with any other ideas they would all be greatly appreciated.
I’ve never been caught out by one of these machines before now, but theres always a first.
