    Hi all
Dishwasher threw a wobbly last night and started to continuosly beep when in a cycle. The led flashed with no pattern so I’m asuming it is just a code of 1. Looking at the codes i found it said Thermistor open circuit, I have put a meter on it and got at ambient a reading of 63k ohms but running a hot tap over it it goes down to 36k ohms. Does anyone know if these readings are acceptable or to higher resistance?
    Thanks in advance
    Andy

If it changes, it’s probably okay so time to count flashes.

    Hi
Thats what i thought when the resistance changed. The led flashes once and that is what led me the thermistor. A bit stumped really???

    Thanks

    Wiring?

Remember fault codes are not specific, while there’s common reasons for them to pop up they only offer a “the fault lies somewhere, maybe, roundabout here… perhaps” sort of fault analysis. It isn’t a replacement for good old diagnostic work.

Just thought 60 odd kohms seemed a high resistance.
    Many thanks for the help
