Ignis ADL347/2 Blows trip

Hi
The above model dishwasher only blows the trip on the drying cycle
I went there a few months ago but found the wiring to the sockets all round the kitchen to be in a really dangerous condition (After a builder had been working there).
Apparently this has been sorted now by a “proper electrician”
I did check the insulation on the heater which was ok at the time according to my records
Should I just go and change the heater ? (Its a tubular type)
any help if anyone has had this before would be really appreciated
