Ignis ADL347 not pumping water to top arm

Hi – this might be a very stupid question but is my pump dead? I can’t find any blockages or kinks. Machine seems to generally be in good clean condition. It’s 4 years old and we are in a soft water area so there is no limescale build up. Water comes into the machine OK but the pump does not seem to have the power to get it up to the top arm. It has recently developed a rattly noise that does not sound healthy.

Should I just replace the wash-pump motor or is there something simpler I’m missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.
