Hi. I need replace the reed switch on my ignis dishwasher but I can’t see how to remove the small pcb board from the plastic matrix that it sits in. Can anyone advise me on this please, I’ve had an enginear to look at it and he wants £177 + vat to change it so my only option is to diy it.
Hi I changed the reed switch myself. The switch cost me £4 and a soldering iron cost me £2.99. The engineer told me there was a fault with the pcb board and he called me the next day with the price for a new one £177 + vat, he had already charged me £50 to do a diagnostic test. I had the number from yell.com,They were Domestic appliance care wales in Caerphilly.
