Ignis ADL349 Error 5

I believe error code 5 to be blocked rotor.
Does this refer to the sprayarms being blocked or the actual wash motor blocked.

The appliance will do all it should until it gets to the wash cycle.
After Start.
Drain Pump on.
Solenoid opens. Water fills and stops then one more slug of water.
Then nothing.
If I leave it long enough the drain pump comes on then I get the error beep with 5 flashes.

NTC – 60kohms
Heater – 30 ohms

Don’t know if this is relevant but no signal from the PCB for the heater coil at time of wash cycle.

Any help appreciated.
